The outdoor living area has 3 decks, and fenced area with 6 person hot tub & a newly landscaped backyard with cooking griddle, a picnic table, and lounge chairs.
The house has three levels. The lower level is a two car garage and the laundry room. The middle level has 4 bed rooms and two full bath, the game room that includes a 65’ 4K TV, wet bar, a pool table, and a hot tub on the deck. A couple of steps down is the backyard and BBQ grill. The upper level includes another master bedroom, the great room, one a half bath room, and the kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with coking utensils, dining plates and silver wares. Appliances include range/oven, microwave, and a new dishwasher. There are two coffee makers (one Of which is a Keurig) , and bean grinder, a toaster, and a water boiler.
