Summary: Short stay in Ljubljana the hotel was located in a residential area but was excellent. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were excellent throughout our stay. I managed to forget a bag and reception kept it safe and then Aljaz for the customer service team engaged with me to have me reunited with my bag by courier - he was professional helpful and a credit to the hotel. We would stay here again
