Coral Gardens Beach Estate’s fully air-conditioned Main Level (First Floor) opens to the Grand Foyer and commanding Great Room, perfectly framed by turquoise waters and baby blue skies. Completing the Great Room is a substantial living & entertainment area, a gourmet chef's kitchen, dual area dining and an alfresco patio capable of seating 30 or more.
This luxury Estate is the only beachfront property that comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests in 6 king suites, on its grand floor walk-in Main Level. The villa's spacious floor design is truly one of a kind and is separated by two private wings. The Magens Bay Wing includes the Primary Suite, and two other bedrooms, while the Picara Point Wing encompasses the Owners Suite, Junior Suite and one additional bedroom. The Pool and Beach Suite Level (Second Floor), only 12 steps down, offers five (5) expansive King Suites with living and dining areas and collectively, with the main level, can host up to 22 guests. The Spa and Royal Suites, situated on the 3rd and 4th level closest to the lower sun and soak pool and Beach, can accommodate an additional 12 guests.
