The expansive flagstone walkways and landscaped gardens on the property are stunning. A staircase down to the water provides a glorious view of the lake. At the bottom of the stairs, you can enter the water that has a very gradual entry with mainly sandy bottom with some rocks that is ideal for swimming. Bring your own kayaks, paddle boards or floating rafts and enjoy the waterfront. Rinse off at the outdoor luxurious shower.
With three sitting rooms on the main floor there is space for everyone to enjoy games, reading or TV. The large living area/family room is south facing with plenty of seating and a waterfront view. Watch TV on the flat screen in the that is open to the kitchen and allows social time while preparing meals. A large screened in sunroom provides the wonderful feeling of outdoors and has and additional TV. Enjoy dinner in the formal dining room or outside on the expansive waterfront patio.
The kitchen has everything you need to cook and dine including pots, pans, dishware and cutlery. There is a gas stove with oven, second oven, dishwasher, fridge with filtered water, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. Grill for the family on the outdoor natural gas BBQ.
The second level features the bedroom suites and layouts are as follows:

Upon confirming your booking, you will be emailed a rental agreement for review and signature. Highlights of the agreement include:
- The Town of Fort Erie Bi-Law requires the owner or operator shall maintain a register that contains the name and address of the Renter(s) and the names of any other Person or Persons who occupy the Premises overnight
- We respectfully ask that you treat our home with respect and consider it as your home away from home and remain considerate of the neighbours always.
- Our cottage is in a residential area and local bylaws require quiet between the hours of 11pm to 8am.
- The Renter whose name the reservation is made is responsible for the conduct of all those using or occupying the vacation property and/or its grounds throughout the duration of their stay.
- When you are not in the house and upon final departure, guests must close and lock all windows and doors. In addition, upon final departure, the Renter must ensure that all food and beverages are removed from the rental property including cabinets, refrigerators and freezers. Failure to remove these items may result in additional cleaning fees
- Renters are liable for all damages and/or loss to the rental property caused by them or as a result of their negligence or caused by or as a result of negligence by anyone permitted on the property during their stay.
- Smoking is not permitted inside
- Small, outdoor fires are permitted in the provided fire pit area.
- The BBQ is available for your use and runs on natural gas. Please do not move the BBQ to another location on the property and please always double check to make sure it is turned off after every use.
- Please note that absolutely no other items other than bathroom tissue are to be flushed down the toilet. ANYTHING other than bathroom tissue should be placed in the garbage. Any misuse could result in plumbing issues and service calls or repairs will be charged back to the client.
