Summary: We live be a characterful hotel and this has plenty. The grounds were fabulous and immaculately maintained. The room we had was tired, curtains worn out, bathroom dated (1980s champagne suite) and shower and tiling poor. The wild flowers growing through the fire exit door made us laugh. Bar and restaurant excellent.
