Tokerau is family friendly, with pedestrian access to the beach, a park and playground within walking distance and vehicle access down by the playground, both only minutes away.
If you require a concrete boatramp, there is one located in Taipa, about 15 minutes south on SH10.
There is a 24Hr petrol station, a local shop, Takeaways and a Bar, 5 minutes drive from the property.
The Township of Kaitaia is located 30 minutes drive north via SH10. Here you will find supermarkets, fast food outlets and is the gateway to the West Coast beaches (90 Mile Beach).
Tokerau is only a few minutes drive from the luxurious Carrington Estate Winery and Golf course, the majestic Matai Bay, the white sands of Whatuwhiwhi and Karikari Beach.
There is a large concrete driveway the length of the house, with a grassed area at the back of the property. Plenty of room for parking, or great for children to play or ride their bikes.
You will have the use of the entire self-contained ground floor of my 2 story property.
On the odd occasion, I may be staying onsite upstairs, between work commitments, for a few days at a time.
