The space
This brand new apartment is completely self-contained with private patio for outside dining and separate garden off bedroom. All new features include dining island, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer and huge Sony Bravia 4k TV with in-ceiling Sonos speakers. Streaming services include Spotify, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Paramount Plus, Showtime and HBO Max!
Just a few minutes down the canyon is Malibu’s famous Leo Carrillo Beach. Enjoy this rural setting in Malibu -- surf, sunbath, take a leisurely canyon hike or jog on the sand, minutes from all the famous Malibu beaches, restaurants and shopping.
All the conveniences are included in this charming apartment. Enjoy a comfortable stay with all the modern amenities. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the tools you will need to prepare meals or snacks. The kitchen includes an icemaker, coffee makers (drip & Keurig), toaster and garbage disposal. The bedroom has a full closet and beautiful linens for the California King Bed. A full size sofa bed in the living room area can accommodate one additional guest. Seating is set up for both inside and outside on your own private patio.
