There are three bedrooms, one double and two with two single beds and one with en suite bathroom. There are two bathrooms with shower. You will sign a seasonal lease contract on the day agreed, which will be the day the contract starts and at the hand over of the keys. The seasonal contract will finalise on the date written, and the keys will be returned. The seasonal rental of this property is not for vacation or tourist rental, The rental is subject to the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According to this law the property is available for seasonal renting only, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use of the property in the agreed period. Added to the rental price will be the electricity which is not included, this will be a charge of 0,25€ per kWh by the meter reading. The numbers on the clock will be recorded and then again on the check out. This will be payable on the day you leave. A refundable security deposit is required for any lawful damage to the property or its contents, to be paid before or on the signing of the contract. The property is furnished and equipped for the use of the seasonal rental. as a whole and exclusively for tenant’s use in order to comply with Spanish Urban Lease Act and according to the contract the property can not be sublet.
