Many locals prefer to walk throughout the city of Manhattan Beach or bike along the coast to explore other beach cities.

There is a shared washer in the garage.
Guests must climb stairs to reach both the entrance and the level of the house where the bedroom is situated.
Note: Kindly be aware that our unit is situated next to a main road, so you may experience street noise during your stay.
We recommend purchasing travel insurance when booking your stay with us as we are not able to provide refunds outside of our cancellation policies.
We're unable to accept early check-in requests including those for last-minute bookings. We will accept your request to book, however, the standard check-in time for this unit will apply.
Cleaning services are conducted prior to guest check-in only. Mid-stay cleanings can be scheduled based upon availability for an additional cleaning fee equal to the cleaning fee initially paid. If you would like to schedule a mid-stay cleaning, please let us know in advance.
No Smoking or Vaping Policy: Please be advised that for the enjoyment of our community, smoking of any type is strictly prohibited in the unit or anywhere on the premises. We reserve the right to charge a penalty cleaning fee ranging from $250 to $500 (based on the size of the unit) to any individual found smoking. This policy is enforced to maintain a clean and healthy environment for all guests and neighbors. Thank you for your cooperation.
Reminder: We reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee if the property is found to be excessively dirty after check-out. This fee starts at $250 and may increase depending on the time and cleaning supplies required by our cleaners.
Parking:
This unit does NOT include onsite parking. Street parking is available, but this is a beach community so to can be difficult to find parking. The good news is that beach is a few blocks away and there are many restaurants within walking distance. We recommend using Uber/Lyft for farther travel destinations.
Shared Laundry Access:
Additionally, we would like to inform you that there is a shared laundry facility available in the garage. Should you need to use it, feel free to do so at your convenience. We kindly ask all guests to be considerate of others using the shared spaces.
We also have a handheld steamer to fulfill your ironing requirements.
Community Quiet Hours are in effect daily from 10 PM to 8 AM. All guests are required to comply at all times. The general quiet enjoyment for our neighbors should also be respected outside of these hours. Any complaints received from building management or neighbors regarding noise disturbances may result in booking cancellation. Our cancellation policy will be strictly upheld in such cases.
We kindly request that you refrain from sending mail or deliveries to our property, as we neither have a mailbox nor provide access for such items. For packages, please direct them to the nearest post office for collection. For food deliveries, please make sure to meet the delivery person to confirm that you received the order. Please note that we accept no responsibility for any lost or misplaced deliveries.
