Summary: The boutique hotel is very clean however we had a leak in our room when it rained. When we informed the night member of staff she was very dismissive and advised us to call back if the leak had carried on . Why didn’t she act promptly and offer us another room because the hotel had plenty of empty rooms?.Thank God the rain stopped and the leak stopped. On check out we informed the day staff who ofcourse apologised but had not been told by the night staff member . The breakfast is very standard as well just one rush of bacon, one egg and 2 sausages. We did not bother going for breakfast the following morning because it was just not exciting.
