Positive: The rooms were lovely and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and crockery. There was even cleaning products to use if needed. We were offered weekly cleaning visits as well, due to our rental being long-term ish (7 weeks), however we decided weekly was too often as were tidy people. The communication from the company about the cleaning was good. The apartment has a lovely lay out, the TV was very generous in size and the furniture was nice. The kitchen island is a lovely addition to the apartment, makes it really easy to do what you need to do when cooking. The gas hobs are easy to use and easy to clean afterwards.
Negative: The washing machine was very noisy, so bare in mind when you're using it late at night. The oven seemed to struggle to maintain temperature and had a tendency to burn the back part of whatever was cooking. There was only one set of keys to the accommodation so it made it tricky at times, as well as needing to leave the keys for the cleaner too. Prior to our stay, I received very confusing messages from the company via booking.com, but was reassured when I called and was told to ignore these. The sofa were quite hard and stiff feeling but they seem to be more for aesthetic purposes anyway. One bedroom doesn't have a wardrobe so bare this in mind, I had to lay my stuff on the clothes dryer. There's also no chest of drawers, other than in the office, but I just lived out of my bags mostly.
