Spacious, modern 2 bedroom self catering apartment in the small coastal fishing village of El Cotilllo, Fuerteventura. Part of a small development of only 36 apartments, positioned right on the beach with its own gardens and breathtaking views of the lagoon beaches and the Atlantic Ocean. This complex has a large (250sqm approx) swimming pool(not heated) for use only by owners and residents, and is ideal for children as it is not too deep. For very young children there is a separate shallow pool. Surrounding the pool is a large sunbathing area with supplied sun loungers and attractive gardens with a gate leading directly onto the beach. The perfect setting for a great family holiday or a romantic getaway break.
