The Moderne at the Marquise is a slope-side luxury condo. This ski-in, ski-out property (see photos for map) makes for a unique stay in comfort and style. Ideally located only a 1.2km walk from the main village and 400m walk from the upper village, you'll love the convenience and peacefulness. Designer decor and thoughtful touches are enjoyed all throughout the condo. Dogs are welcome but must stay off all furniture.
The Moderne is bright, stylish and comfortable. The master bedroom offers a queen sized bed and includes a second vanity. Oversized marble shower with glass doors. Brand new kitchen, gas fireplace, wall-mounted flat screen and a sectional sofa that turns into the second bed. Wifi, cable TV, and secure bike room are all included. Paid parking available in parkade for $16/day. Free street parking is available (first come first serve, hours are limited during Winter due to snow removal)
Entire condo is accessible and fully reserved for guests.
We love hosting and appreciate when people make themselves at home, and treats ours with the care they show their own. We are told that we friendly, easy-going and tidy. We both love Whistler for the modern amenities (restaurants, coffee shops etc.), the outdoor lifestyle and the small-town living. Nico is a snowboarding daredevil and Kiersten a trail runner, though together we share a love of the Whistler's many fine restaurants.
'The Benchlands' is one of Whistler's most desirable neighbourhoods perched on the slope and located within walking distance to the village.
The building is situated in the Whistler Upper Village, an idyllic alpine setting with a charming small village feel with restaurants, shops, and boutiques. The Whistler Upper is host to the Whistler Farmers market, great trails and is just a short walk to Lost Lake.
There's a free shuttle to the main Village or you can walk the idyllic 10 minute there.
Walk, drive, free shuttle to and from village, taxi, cycle the valley trail all throughout Whistler.
No bikes, skis or snowboards in the unit. There is a secure ski locker and secure bike storage use.
