Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Room is clean and the shuttle service is very handy. The drivers are the only staff members that are nice. The staff during breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were very nice as well.
Negative: The reception staff is horrendously rude and they don’t want to work, feels like our presence is bothersome. It’s a huge effort for them to answer your questions. Especially Natalie, she was sitting there staring at nothing, we approached the reception to ask a question and we had to ask if she was “working” because she never acknowledged us, never said “hello, can I help you”, simply ignored us. We wait forever for someone to show up at the front desk, they are sitting in the back and there’s no bell for us to tap on to advise we are there. They don’t greet us and say hello when we walk in, they don’t do anything to accommodate or to make your stay more pleasant.
Summary: Terrible, terrible, very terrible customer service from front desk!
