Summary: This was a cute place in a decent location and would have been ok if we did not need all of the rooms we paid for/were promised. There are a lot of beds and they are comfortable not counting the pillows (those are like concrete) but it’s an easy fix to just bring your own. However expect this is a very old home with old house issues like chunks out of the hardwood floors so you have to wear at least socks at all times or risk foot injury. Everything squeaks, doors do not close properly and the bathroom door will not stay closed so exposure is a real issue. The TVs are old, we could not download any tv apps on the bedroom tv and the living room tv is super hard to work with a broken remote. The main bath sink is cracked, several mirrors are cracked, it’s like a huge rager was held there and they didn’t replace everything, even one drape is on backwards in the bedroom. There is no off street parking and if there is anything going on at the school across the street you can’t find a place to park. Also, the listing makes it seem like all of the bedrooms are in the same structure but in reality the house only has 2 rooms and 1 bath. The other rooms and bath are in a converted garage out back. One of the air conditioners did not work our entire stay and we had to cram everyone together in the main house because it was so uncomfortable to stay out there. We asked the owner for help and only received apologies but no resolution. Overall it was “ok”.
