Positioned to open directly into the dining room, this setup is perfect for making a home cooked meal to enjoy with your loved ones. This home has four well appointed bedrooms in total, which include televisions in each.
Three of these bedrooms are located in the main house and the fourth is in the separate 1,000sqft. casita with its own private entrance, bathroom, kitchen and pool table. The primary bedroom is complete with a king-sized bed, flat screen smart TV, natural lighting, and an ensuite which features dual sinks and an oversized spa like shower.
The second bedroom is complete with two twin-sized beds, a small desk area with an adjacent bathroom down the hall. The last bedroom in the main house also offers a small desk area, television, queen size bed, and natural lighting which offers a wonderful opportunity to get some work done while staying in this fabulous Palm Springs home.

In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quite hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property's posted occupancy.
