Summary: Great place in a great location. We really enjoyed our month at this condo, which has that classic mid-century vibe but has been renovated. It’s adorable! There is a modernized new kitchen and cool colorful furniture. It has great views of palm trees and mountains. We spent a lot of time on the porch. The pool is right there but there’s a big hedge along the fence so you’re not staring at pool people all day. The whole property is pretty quiet and mellow it’s not a crazy party place or anything. The main bedroom is big and has a new bathroom that’s bigger than we expected like a nice hotel bathroom with a walk in shower, then another bedroom (didn’t really use) has a bathroom across the hall that’s like a cool updated version of a ‘60s bathroom. The owner was great to deal with and seemed really proud of the place, we didn’t have any problems. It’s really close to El Paseo, I guess you could walk there but we drove. Lots of cool restaurants and shops, and there are a bunch of hikes nearby. We did one called “bump and grind” which seems pretty popular (go early or it gets too hot!). Great stay, we’ll be back next year!
