Beautifully situated up above the water in Poulsbo, this mid-century home boasts gorgeous, five-star views of Liberty Bay, evergreen treetops, and nightly sunsets over the snow-capped Olympic Mountains. This two-story home sits in a quiet neighborhood just over a mile from downtown Poulsbo, an historic waterfront community offering restaurants, cafes, breweries, shops, a farmers market, a marina, and Liberty Bay Waterfront Park. After a day of exploring Bainbridge Island or the Olympic Peninsula, come home to light the gas grill, set the table for a sunset dinner on the deck, and watch your kids play in the fenced yard below.
The main living space is on the second floor, offering beamed ceilings, an open floor plan, and a rear wall of glass framing the deck, the bay, and the mountains on a clear day. All throughout, you'll find mid-century-inspired decor, new flooring and windows, and unique artwork from Pacific Northwest artists.
The eat-in kitchen was recently remodeled to feature quartz countertops, custom cabinetry and shelving, and all-new stainless steel appliances. In the evenings, head downstairs to watch movies in the family room, leave the day's clothes in the care of the washer/dryer, and retire to three bedrooms (one downstairs, two upstairs) - one of which is a primary suite with bay views and a remodeled en suite bathroom.
