Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. It offers 5 bedrooms and a sunroom, where you can enjoy a game of ping pong or just sit back and relax and watch a movie. The home was just remodeled, so everything is brand new. You’ll find 4 bedrooms upstairs and the 5th bedroom en-suite downstairs. You’ll have a dedicated workspace in the en-suite, which has beautiful barn doors to shut out the noise and distractions for your web meetings. All bedrooms are generous in size and offer ceiling fans. The master bedroom is located upstairs along with 3 other bedrooms. The 5th bedroom en-suite is on the first floor. The generous-sized master offers a king bed and fireplace. The entire home will be available during your stay, including the garage, so feel free to park your vehicles in the 2-car garage. We'll be available during your stay, so please message us through the platform. The neighborhood is very quiet and minutes from popular hiking trails. Cowles Mountain (the highest point of San Diego) is a 3 minute drive away. Mission Trails is another highly-sought out destination, and offers beautiful walking trails to enjoy picturesque scenery. Parties: Do not book this property if you are trying to have a party or a large gathering. The home is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Parties, loud music, or large gatherings are absolutely not allowed. All parties will be shut down right away and result in immediate eviction with no refund. Smoking Policy: This is a smoke-free property. Smoking is not permitted on the premises. If any evidence of smoking is found, there will be a $500 fine. Pet Policy: Sorry, but no pets are allowed. Having a pet will result in a $300 fine. Noise Level: No noise after 10 p.m. on the weekends, 9 p.m. on the weekdays. The home is located in a very quiet neighborhood.
