This spacious and gracious home boasts eight luxurious bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, and sleeps sixteen guests. The master suite has two walk-in closets, a vaulted tray ceiling and a jacuzzi bubble tub. With advance notice, cots, cribs and pack and plays are available for families traveling with small children.
The huge basement rec room is a highlight of this Hudson Valley mansion. A home theater in the basement features a 93” movie screen/projector as well as an enormous reclining leather sectional sofa with ample seating. The kids will love the oversized bean bag chairs in this theater area.
Just beside the home theater is a bar with stool seating for five or more. The bar area is adorned with classic NY antiquities and vintage memorabilia. There’s also a popcorn machine, candy shoppe area, bar-height dining table with seating for two, compact fridge and microwave. The basement also boasts a video game arcade with a poker table, pinball, and retro arcade games.

• Lost keys or forgotten keys incur a replacement fee; the minimum charge is $300
• Any type of illegal activity is strictly prohibited
• Unauthorized early check-in and late check-out charge is $500 plus the equivalent amount of the night(s) impacted
• Please complete the verification, and either pay a $1000 refundable security deposit (which will be returned after check-out) This process is managed by the verification platform Superhog.
Please follow the house rules to avoid additional fees and security deposit charge.
SWIMMING POOL RULES:
√ We have scheduled a routine pool maintenance session that typically lasts around 45 minutes. This maintenance is crucial in maintaining the water quality and ensuring that the pool area is ready for the next guest's arrival. During this time, our dedicated pool maintenance professional will be treating the water and making necessary adjustments to ensure a refreshing and enjoyable swimming experience.
We kindly ask for your cooperation in allowing the pool maintenance session to take place as scheduled. This will ensure that the pool is in its best condition when you or the next guest wish to use it.
√ Safety comes first. Please do not bring glass or plates near the pool area, as broken glass has caused injuries and we would like to prevent it from infiltrating the water at all costs.
√ Please refrain from touching the pool filter pump system located beyond the thermostat. As it requires a skilled professional to repair it, tinkering with it could cost $500 or more.
√ To prevent damage, please fold the umbrellas at night, particularly if the wind is strong or the weather is poor. In the event of damage, a $400 fee will be collected.
√ Please take care of the pool equipment and the furniture to prevent a $500 fine in the event of damage.
√ Towels should be placed in the laundry room. Failure to do so will incur a $50 surcharge.
√ Clean as you go. Please do not litter the pool area. A $100 surcharge will be imposed for noncompliance.
