Positive: Initially, the bathroom light wasn’t working, but it was later fixed by the staff. - The Location, cantonment - Front desk staff are nice - The environment has a nice abiment african feel to it
Negative: Management should consider fixing thsoe those and doing audit. - Initially, the bathroom light wasn’t working, but it was later fixed by the staff. -The Wi-Fi connection is quite unreliable—it frequently disconnects and reconnects. If you need to join Zoom calls or share screens, it’s almost impossible to use. -The fridge wasn’t functional it was to warm to use, so we had to keep our drinks in the freezer and rotate them, this was replace after reporting the issue -The TV did not work for the first five days that wasn't a problem as we wasn't really watching it, it took a few days after we reported it to be repaired. -The room door is not well insulated—you can clearly hear staff talking, walking and mobile phones ringing, in the hallway. -You can hear staff mobile phones ringing very loud 6 in the morning, reported this to the staff but still happens -The hot water boiler turns off and doesn't have much hot water for 4 people to shower so you have to wait a bit for it to get hot again -On top of that, the hallway door is squeaking loudly every time someone passes, so easy to fix just need to add some oil why its not done i do not know we even tried putting some oil ourselves. -The hotel offer a buffet breakfast which was closed at the time of our stay, we ordered room service instead it slow and comes cold. Unfortunately, the staff did not pay close attention to details—for example, when we specifically asked for no vegetables in the eggs or for a sunny-side-up egg, the order still came out wrong many many times. This lack of attention was the most frustrating part of our stay. The break was pretty much the same everday, also staff should not call guests 8am to order breakfast and unless we have requested this, so this woke us up daily. -Apartment playing much to loud -The gym is dated, and not cleared so we didnt use it. I would not recommend this hotel for family or solo travel, the management should do a deep audit of of all the rooms
