This spacious, family friendly home is over 4000 sq ft & has 6 bedrooms & 4 full bathrooms. There are 5 bedrooms in the main house, plus an extra cottage guest room on the property.
Great gathering areas inside or out (firepit)! Room to sleep 20 guests & a large, open kitchen with lots of counter space for preparing meals and a BBQ grill. Take a deep breath & enjoy being surrounded by nature while being close to Spokane.
The space
Surrounded by nature, close to downtown Spokane! Hiking, biking, rafting, golfing, and so much more...all nearby. This home overlooks Riverside State Park (Bowl and Pitcher area) and has incredible, breathtaking views. Enjoy an amazing night-time view of downtown Spokane, while sitting under the string lights or around the fire pit.
The open floor plan between the living room, dining room and kitchen are a great for groups and conversation. The extra large dining table and stool seating can accommodate 20! The house has central A/C (very needed in Spokane in the summer). There is also a piano in the main living room you are free to use!
The main level has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A large bunk room has 3 bunk beds and a connected private full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has 1 queen and a bunk bed. The 3rd bedroom on the main floor has 1 queen bed.
Both of these rooms share a large full bathroom in the hallway.
The lower level has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master has a queen bed and connected private full bathroom with a large soaking tub and modern glass shower. The 2nd bedroom downstairs has a queen bed. There is also a family room with a futon that sleeps 2. The 2nd bedroom and family room area share a full bathroom in the hallway.
There is also a 1 bedroom cottage with A/C on the property that has a queen bed and sitting area (and an incredible view out the large window)! The cottage does not have a bathroom, so you'll use the shared main bathroom in the house. Great for a couple of individual looking for a little space of their own!
The kitchen in fully stocked with all the cookware and utensils you'll need for any cooking you do at the house.
There is a large family room with lots of board games, a library of books (kids and adults) and activities. High chair and Pack 'n Play are both available.
The house has fast, reliable wifi that has good coverage throughout the home and most of the backyard. The home also has good cell coverage for all the major carriers.
