Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Staff were very friendly and quick to respond to any request. We stayed in the penthouse as a friend group of 3 and it was plenty of space. A king bed and single bed in the bedroom. Big bathroom with a walk in shower and bidet for toilet. Had a washing machine outside on the room balcony, very handy. Came with a laundry line too. We had a massage chair in the room which was very nice! The living room was spacey and was good to have a kitchen and dining table though we didn't really use it as we ate out most of the stay. Room service was great too. Breakfast was amazing. Wasn't buffet but set meals either Sri Lankan or Western breakfast choice. Highly recommend.
Negative: We did have an issue with cockroaches in the bathroom but staff were fast to respond and did pest control. Would recommend more towels, more face and hand towels.
Summary: Enjoyed our stay here!
