Positive: Decent location, receptive host.
Negative: The air conditioning system is severely underpowered. We left it on (as instructed) for 5 days with all doors and windows closed and the temperature barely ever went below 28 degrees. No one slept the first night so the next way we went out and bought our own fans (which we then left at the property - hopefully the hosts leave them there for the next guests, because they'll need them). Hosts sent someone to check the system who just told us that it was working fine... Not the comfort we expected for paying so much for the villa.
