Positive: The facilities at Mitsis village were great - padel courts, lots of sun loungers, beach space and food & drink counters. They very kindly offered us a free upgrade to the neighbouring hotel Mitsis Blue Domes which was nicer. everything, including the food, was more elevated so I would recommend to stay here if you can. We stayed in October and there was plenty of room to spread out.

Negative: The staff were hit and miss. Some were very friendly and helpful and others were not at all and on occasion actually quite rude or grumpy for no reason. Blue domes main restaurant staff and cleaners were excellent. Also couldn’t access all A La Carte restaurants as they were fully booked however the main buffet was great at Blue Domes.

Summary: Great facilities, go to Blue Domes if possible.
