Located directly on the harbor promenade of the OstseeResort Olpenitz, this light-filled apartment scores points thanks to its floor-to-ceiling windows with a phenomenal view over the sailing and marina, the floating houses and the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei. Harbor cinema is guaranteed here - as well as the picture-perfect sunsets, which can be observed from the balcony. Barrierearm designed this apartment is easily accessible by elevator and has a walk-in shower. Above the things can be seen passing sailing ships at the entrance to the Baltic Sea from the entire living-dining area and the balcony from watching. The view falls on the lighthouse of Schleimünde and the idyll of the landscape protection area around it. The harbor promenade is located directly below the apartment and invites you to stroll. The Telekom Home Entertainment program offers additional entertainment on the flatscreen TV in the living room as well as books and board games.
