With a spacious and lush backyard, outdoor grill and firepit, spend your days enjoying the SoCal weather. Need a beach, there are 10 within 25-30 miles. We provide beach chairs, towels, and a cooler. Malibu wineries within 16miles as well as wine tours. 3 public pools within 15 min drive.

We are wired and have WiFi allowing you to work during your stay. We provide basic comforts such toiletries upon arrival so that you have a moment to rest. The kitchen is stocked with cooking and baking ware. Additional cleaning services for corporate rentals available just inquire.
FAMILIES WELCOME
We have a Pack N Play, Dumbo Child Chair, Highchair and fenced back yard. We provide beach chairs, towels and cooler. Families are welcome but house is not child-proof. Best for children 8 and older.

Everything is cleaned and laundered before your arrival. You will receive a starter set of supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, etc). We are located 18 minutes north of San Fernando Valley, situated close to Calabasas, Agoura Hills, Westlake and Malibu.
The home features a gourmet kitchen, bright open floor plan, formal dining and living room with fireplace, comfortable rooms, quiet work spaces and reading nooks. For the chef, there are Bosch double ovens & warming drawer, a Viking six burner gas range top with downdraft, a double basin sink + separate prep sink, side by side refrigerator/freezer and pantry for large groups, and a beverage center that chills your wine & sodas.
For the adventurous traveler, within 10-20 min walking distance there are several parks, hiking/biking trails, and a botanical garden.

Summary: My family loved the Rugby house . My extended family lives very close by and we had a lot of great dinners , s’mores , etc . Plenty of space for all of us ! The style of the house is eclectic and fun . Loved it . The office space was perfect for working from home . Neighborhood was so safe and welcoming and my children even played outside with the neighborhood children . The backyard grounds were very impressive and we enjoyed fresh lemons . We only had one small issue with the stove not lighting properly but we worked through it and the host was very responsive . We would love to return !
