Enter to a private, gated inner courtyard and leave your cares behind, inviting the exhale! Large kitchen, living room, formal dining room, and den all open to outside.
Up to 10 guests can escape to this modern kite beach vacation retreat. The Modern Beachfront Villa features five bedrooms, five bathrooms.
Kitchen must be left clean and organized on Check-Out Day. Trash must go outside in main bins by parking.
House cleaning and gardening and pool cleaning services offered 3 times per week, BBQ included.
As a courtesy, we provide a roll of toilet paper per bathroom as well as a 5 gallon jug of water per stay.

to the maximum, but we do have to set some restrictions on visitor numbers for
security reasons. As part of our rental agreement, we need the number of
members in your traveling party to be known before your stay. In addition,
please respect the maximum number of your traveling party and rules regarding
visitors as stated below.
• Any additional overnight visitors must be approved in advance and are subject
to an additional fee as noted in our rates. Any daytime visitors must be
approved in advance.
• Guests are responsible for ensuring that any visitors comply with these House
Rules.
• Please note*, due to liability and safety reasons, any personnel that is not part
of our staff or isn’t listed in our “Relaxation and Fun Guide” is not allowed to
operate on the property. Ex. Yoga instructors, massage therapists, sport
trainers, drivers, chefs, etc.
• Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited at our villas. Any
small gathering must comply with our house rules regarding noise, the
neighborhood and visitor numbers.
• Please be sure to respect the neighbors and try to keep noise levels to a
minimum, especially after dark. By respecting the people and property around
you, your vacation will be more enjoyable.

Summary: This is a beautiful house with 5 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and air conditioning. The main part of the house is not air-conditioned, but double sliding doors allow you to open everything up to enjoy the ocean breeze. There was a bit of a drop-off to the beach itself, but there was a gorgeous pool right outside our door; that's where we spent most of our time. We felt very safe and secure in our: "compound" with round-the-clock security guards, along with someone to take care of the property. There was maid service available when we needed it, and they frequently brought us clean towels. Although the cooks were additional, they were well worth it, and they did it all, from the shopping to the cooking to the cleanup. It was fantastic, and my entire family decided that we should always have a "staff" for our vacations, especially the cooks. The only drawback was that we really couldn't walk to anything (we had 2 small children with us) and had to hire a ride if we wanted to go anywherew - but that was a slight inconvenience compared to what an overall fabulous place this was. We all hated when our time was up and we had to leave.
