This newly renovated home offers unparalleled modern designs & exceptional amenities! This contemporary inspired design is truly remarkable inside & out. Features incl. white self-closed cabinets, gourmet kitchen w/ marble island & countertops (great for entertaining), custom windows & shutters provide plenty of natural lighting, expansive back yard, gorgeous dual master suites, spa inspired baths & showers plus STUNNING views of the mountains. Community pool/spa, tennis, gym, clubhouse nearby available for guests staying 60 days+ with a signed lease.
As a Super Host on AirBnB, I'm now extending to guests on VRBO.
We pride ourselves in providing a clean, safe and healthy place for our guests. We deep clean our home with organic products, use Purell Professional Disinfecting spray on all surfaces (Top Rated EPA approved) and run Dyson Air Purifier for 4-6 hrs upon the arrival of our guests. We spend 4-6 hours with 2-4 crew members to clean the home.
House manual
A manual, first aid kit, garage remote control and smart phone chargers are in the console table for your convenience. You can use the chargers for free as long as you return them. $15/each if you wish to purchase it.
Equipment:
Vacuum cleaner is in the garage.
Each bedroom is equipped with own iron and board. Each bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer for your convenience.
Toiletries:
Shampoo, conditioner, body wash/soap and lotion provided. Let us know if you prefer luxury brands such as L’Occitaine or any other specific brand. We will try to accommodate with a 100% retail markup for convenience fee. (Receipt will be provided)

Each confirmed guest will receive 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 1 face towel and 1 pool towel. Pool towels are in hallway closet.
