The cottage is on beautiful Bostwick Lake, 15 miles from downtown Grand Rapids and 5 miles from Downtown Rockford. The home has 3 bedrooms (four beds) and 2 bathrooms (two showers).
Outside there is a large patio with a lot of lounge seating and an outdoor dining table. The home is in a quiet and safe neighborhood with a small sandy beach and a dock out into the lake.
There are no parties, no pets and no smoking allowed.
Bostwick Lake is a private 221 acre all sports lake. A large dock is included with platform on the end for lounging. The dock has two swim ladders and a basketball hoop. A kayak, pool floats and life jackets are provided for your enjoyment. The property also has a basketball hoop, bags or "corn hole", volleyball, water/sand toys, beach towels, etc. all provided for your use.
Kitchen is recently redone with built-in coffee/cappuccino maker and modern appliances. Dishes, utensils, cookware, and many pantry items are provided. Washer and Dryer are available along with detergent for use.
Free internet provided for your use. TV in living room and bedroom are smart TV.

Summary: I rate this Beautiful lake home a 10 out of 10! My family and I stayed in this lake home over a long weekend. We will be coming back next year! The home itself is gorgeous! It offers so many wonderful amenities. The kitchen is top notch, with all of the dishes and pots and pans you could possibly need. This home boasts a top of the line built in coffee maker, which afforded us the ability to make a streaming hot cuppa latte, and sit on the gorgeous patio to watch the scenery of the lake. The view is spectacular! The comfy patio is also perfect for grilling your dinner while the grandsons ages 6 and 9 play happily on the beach area and look for fish along the shore. The hosts have a great dock to walk out on, and also offer water toys, and kayaks! The house itself is spotless. The beds are so very comfortable. The bathrooms are spot on! The Bostwick Inn which is close by, sits right on the lake, where you can dine and watch the sun go down, I honestly just cannot say enough how awesome this VRBO home is! The hosts are terrific, and so very kind.
