The entire home is the ultimate in spa-like luxury! Relax and rejuvenate. The bedrooms have been decorated with modern decor, navy and white and features a King sized Beautyrest mattress in the master, Queen Beautyrest mattresses in the 2 quest rooms, 4 twin bunk beds in the final guest room, one pack and play for young travelers and one additional air bed for larger groups. In the living area, enjoy a 65" Samsung Smart TV, equipped with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon prime video and so much more. Enjoy a fully fenced backyard and patio space. The home is very family friendly and stocked with childrens plates, bowls, utensils, books and toys for entertainment.
I give my guests space by allowing self check in but am always available when needed.

Neighbors: This rental home is in a quiet neighborhood so we ask for your help in respecting the friendly neighbors by not hosting parties of any sort and keeping music and noise quiet after 10pm each night. This helps our neighbors stay enthusiastic about our rental services.
Smoking, vaping or the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere within or upon the premise of the property. We do not allow any house parties in our homes out of respect for neighbors and the protection of our beautiful homes. We pride ourselves in being a company that offers a pet friendly place at many of our properties please see our pet policy below
Pet Policy:
Please note that we do have an additional pet fee to help protect against the natural wear and tear it causes to our properties by allowing pets. If your furry friends are accompanying you for your stay, we do allow up to 2 dogs and charge a pet fee of $50 for 1 dog or $115 for 2 dogs. This fee is required and is paid after booking is complete when you register your pet on our digital check-in, please note pet fees do not cover any damages or accidents caused by your pets.
Failure to comply with the pet fee, smoking/drug policy and unauthorized events or parties could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund and additional expenses may be charged to remove odors or repair any damages done.
