The living room features a dining table for 6 adults comfortably. The living room features a large section with built-in recliners, golf course views, and patio access. Watch your favorite game or movie on the 65in. SmartTV. Kitchen is amply stocked with everything you need for meal preparation.
SLEEPING QUARTERS
The main en-suite bedroom features a queen bed, 50in Smart TV, a work desk and chair, golf course sunrise views! The ensuite bath includes double sinks, a large walk in shower and a gorgeous soaking tub. Large closet space is also available. The guest bedroom features a queen bed, dresser, large closets and twin beds for the kids or overnight guests! The hallway bath includes a walk in shower and a single sink with ample storage space. The condo features a washer and a dryer.
EXTERIOR
The front patio includes a small fire feature, a two burner BBQ, chaise lounge and access to the one car parking garage. The back patio open to the gorgeous views of the golf course and water feature. The covered patio table is perfect for breakfast or lunch to enjoy.
