Positive: No breakfast served here & you need a few more dishes & silverware in order to even make breakfast.
Negative: Someone needs to inspect & maybe update the bathroom, the floor tile grouting is mildewed & the shower cubicle walls old & mildewed & should be replaced, unsanitary The outside space would have been pleasant except it hadn't been cleaned, dead leaves & cobwebs everywhere, not nice enough to sit out & enjoy a drink or a meal.
Summary: Very disappointing. No host ever appeared.
