Positive: The house was centrally located with easy access to restaurants, shops and 3 beaches (Central, Robberg and Lookout). It was a very clean well-maintained house with all kitchen appliances and crockery/cutlery. The added bonus was the teabags, coffee, salt and dishwasher tablets available. There were multiple seating spaces both inside and outside, which was useful when all of us needed to work. We did not make use of the bedroom on the ground floor, but should a family member have mobility issues, the ground-level bedroom with the ensuite bathroom is handy. All the three bedrooms were en-suite. There is also a washer and dryer, which is handy as it rained the last two days we were there.
Negative: The house was very cold at night with no extra blankets or functional heating. It would be great to have additional blankets and electric blankets. There was a pest control thingy in the master bedroom which flashed colourful lights at night which we had to put a towel over as we couldn't sleep with the light flashes.
Summary: Compact but well-maintained clean and centrally located home
