The home also includes a Rennai gas heater plus reverse-cycle air conditioning in the living area and all bedrooms for year-round comfort. The living space flows into the dining area and modern kitchen, complete with electric cooktop and oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, and coffee plunger.

Tip: For guests wanting firewood, small bags are often available from the IGA Local Grocer Queenscliff on Hesse Street and sometimes from BP near the entrance to town, depending on stock availability.
Parking is off-street on the Old Geelong Road side of the property, with space for one car. Please note there is a caravan on one side of the driveway.
