This is a perfect family and friends style house to make long lasting memories. Lot's of room for the entire family or group of friends....a private fenced in back yard with its mature landscaping. One level home and master bath is ADA accessible. A large sun room that opens up to a patio and gas grill. Although it would be so easy to lounge and read a good book or catch up on your favorite Netflix binge on the big screen TV........not so fast! You are 5 minutes to the best beaches in Charleston, 14 minutes to charming downtown and how about lunch on beautiful Shem Creek watching the shrimp boats bring in their catch while the dolphins wait for their share.

Well stocked home, we have tried to think of everything you might need to make your stay comfortable. Priced less than 2 hotel rooms across the street...Easily sleeps 7 and we love dog's so just ask.

I love this neighborhood and want everyone who visits this homes to have the best experience. We really try to make each visit the best and the homes as clean and comfortable as possible for our fun funky little neighborhood. We call them "Almost Beach Houses" because they are all cottage style homes and the closest neighborhood to beaches on Mount Pleasant side of Isle of Palms.
