The dining area has seating for 6 and a bar cart. The cozy living room is perfect for relaxing and features a Smart TV and adorable decorative fireplace. The inviting living spaces include a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and 3 comfortable bedrooms:

Bedroom 3: Bunk bed with a full on bottom, twin on top, plus an additional twin roll-out and Smart TV.

Please keep noise to a minimum when outside. We use decibel readers (they don’t record conversations) to monitor levels.

We respect my neighbors to the fullest and will not tolerate any gatherings, parties, or unauthorized guests. If you violate any of my house rules or those of the OTA community, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights.
Grill Use:
If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed—but don’t worry, just send us the receipt and we’ll reimburse you!
