Summary: When I was first checked in I paid for a double bed the hotels.com website when I got to the destination I I'm going to give him the room and when my 6 year old son and myself entered it was terrible. It seems as though I was given the worst room on the property bathroom vanity light didn't work the vent in the bathroom was completely open showing all the dust and dirt that have been there for quite some time I had no refrigerator and microwave as promised there was no TV remote and the latch on the door was non-existent it seems as though it may have been there before but it was no longer there now. They switched my room and I have to downgrade to a king size bed and in that room the bathroom vanity light also did not work they had a refrigerator no microwave it had a weird smell to it like mildew or something sour. On 3rd and final try to try and rectify this stay that room was also subpar and they were supposed to have been newly renovated the third room I was finally giving a renovated room. It look the same just with new bed sheets and comforters that weren't really new they all had holes in them from cigarette Burns I'm guessing. One of the best side lamps was malfunctioning the air conditioner wouldn't really get cold and I only had a microwave no refrigerator and last but not least the bathroom was poorly cleaned. There was still pee and hair and dirt all around the base of the toilet and behind it and the shower also was still dirty.
