Let your worries go out of town in the mountains of CO! Enjoy the cozy Mountain Bungalow at an elev. of 8,500 ft! Soak up the beautiful, quiet mountain views and sunsets by the the propane fireplace or our koi pond. Finally, about ~20 min. away from town!
**MUST have AWD/4x4 with snow rated tires for winter (Nov.-March). **no smoking**. Guests will have the whole downstairs (lower level/basement) of the house to themselves for their stay. We do live above (upper level) of the house. We also have a Pyrenees mix dog (Jackson) that loves to great people. He is an old man that lounges on the porch as he watches the property.
It offers one master bedroom, a large living room (with a full futon), dining area, kitchenette, full bathroom, patio, hammock, and outdoor furniture, and grill. There is a utility room for washing dishes/sink, washer and dryer, dry rack, fan, and an area to store adventure gear.

Summary: I booked this wonderful cabin for our first anniversary with my wife. It’s tucked away in the hills of Durango. We found it perfect to get away from the town but also close enough we could go in and enjoy what Durango has to offer. Our host was wonderful and very quick to respond to any questions we had before and during our stay. The cabin was clean and well played out. We absolutely would book it again!
