Great location on 3 acres in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect for a family gathering or a restful get-away. Lots of gold country history, near the Bear River, American River and Rollins Lake. And a just little over an hour drive to beautiful Lake Tahoe. (Sorry, we can't accommodate weddings or large events.)
