Day-trippers will find themselves with too many options. Be in San Francisco or Muir Woods in 15 minutes, or the tasting rooms of Sonoma’s Gloria Ferrer in 35 minutes.
The Midcentury-inspired guest residence is newly remodeled. All furnishings are brand new. The kitchen includes a Ninja Oven, microwave, refrigerator, cutlery, dishes, cooking utensils, and more. The living room includes a queen-size sleeper sofa that sleeps two additional guests, 55” TV with Sonos sound bar. The bedroom has a queen bed and small TV, and an Echo alarm clock. The bath includes a shower with shampoo/conditioner/body wash, and there’s a full-size washer/dryer with laundry supplies, and a dedicated desk/workspace with high speed WIFI. The large outdoor deck has a gas grill, lounge chairs, and two heat lamps. Indoor/outdoor living at its best with outdoor dining table for alfresco dining.
Free high-speed WIFI, and a flat screen TV with Netflix, HBO, and Showtime included. The unit is stocked with coffee (pods for Keurig machine and ground coffee for Chemex pour overs and French press). There’s an electric tea kettle, and an assortment of teas and organic hot chocolate. The suite is stocked with oatmeal, and snacks. Other items include half and half, milk frother for lattes, pasta, olive/truffle oil, and spices. Continental breakfast will be provided with stay.
Fresh bathrobes, disposable slippers, night masks, linens, hypoallergenic pillows, blankets, towels and washcloths provided.
The property is stocked with a wide selection of Bay Area/Northern California travel, hiking, history, and reference books as well as multiple board games. I’ve included a backpack with picnic supplies, beach towels, and a blanket for beach or hiking trips.
There are several fabulous organic high-end grocery stores and cafes nearby (Good Earth, Whole Foods) and drugstores (Walgreen's and CVS) minutes away.
The house is at the top of the hill on a dead-end street, so it is very quiet and peaceful and parking is free and plentiful with multiple spots in front of house along the perimeter of the property.
