Positive: location excellent..view from bedroom windows are very good..Heating system is excellent walking distance to Staithes and Runswick Bay and excellent views on walks and 1 good local pub and excellent butchers and Coop just 5mins in car

Negative: The outside of porch entrance and yard had weeds and pvc was very dirty.smelled of cigarettes in porch even though a no smoke home and slight drains smell inside entrance...a steep step into living room and then another steep step up to kitchen/dining would be a problem for anyone with knee or hip problems..didn't like that there was a chemical toilet upstairs ..windowsills had tea stains spills and dust..dirty oven top dirty cutlery and dog hairs on bedding and a sheet of glass from a picture frame perched on another frame below ready to fall above our head on stairwell ....and no welcome pack The owner did come out and remove the glass but despite he had seen photos of the dirt and dog hairs and he himself pointing out dust on lampshade and cobwebs and repair work that needed attention that we hadn't even mentioned we have not been offered any refund just a sorry...we feel rather dissapointed...you can't change the steep steps and stairs but a good clean and a lick of paint and a bit of TLC would make this a much more desirable property
