This home is perfect if you’re looking to enjoy some peace and quiet in privacy, any time of the year, and indulge in the serenity of nature, while having an exclusive luxurious Muskoka experience.
As you enter the home you will immediately be struck by the spacious, open concept floor plan, 2000 sq.ft. all on one level. Soaring ceilings with large windows provide stunning views any way you look, almost bringing the outdoors in.
In the Great Room, you can enjoy relaxing views ...perfect for lounging, reading your favorite book, watching TV, or gazing into the wilderness whilst enjoying the warmth of the sunshine indoors. In the evenings, soft lights can help you unwind and enjoy the comfort of being home.
A large eat-in kitchen features ample counter space to prep, cook and serve, LG appliances, as well as an island and a dining table. The kitchen is equipped with an electric kettle, a 12-cup coffee maker, a Keurig coffee machine, coffee mugs, 4-slice toaster, microwave, cooking utensils, and cutlery and crockery to enhance your dining experience.
From the kitchen you can walk out to a screened-in patio, "Muskoka Room", breathe in the fresh clean air and enjoy a relaxing evening. It connects to a large deck, ready with a 5-burner barbecue for your favorite foods. A propane tank will be available, but should it run out, you can refill it at the gas station, Loblaws or Home Depot which is a 10-min drive away.
The unique feature of this home offers you 3 private suites - large spacious bedrooms, each with its own private bath, where you can relax, rejuvenate and wake up to a breathtaking view each morning.
Two of the bedrooms feature a queen bed, and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds, and a sofa bed in the office area, providing flexibility to have your own space while you rest. Extra warm duvets will keep you warm and cozy while you sleep.
Cool and fresh white bed linen, soft and fluffy white towels and natural, septic-friendly bath supplies - shampoo, conditioner and body wash - are provided with our compliments for use during your stay.
Guests have access to the washing machine and dryer, should you wish to refresh your clothing or linen during your stay.
