CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT INFORMATION:
Early Check-In: If you wish to check in early, we will inform you on the morning of your check-in date if it's available. Early check-in may be possible after 12 noon if the unit is ready. Please contact our customer service to confirm.
Late Check-Out: We do not offer late check-out options; the latest check-out time is 10 AM. If you need to depart later than 10 AM, please consider booking an additional night and coordinate your request with our customer service.
Please note that there may be additional charges for early check-in and late check-out requests.
● PARKING: NO Parking space is available in this property.
● SMOKING: Smoking, including cigarettes and E-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited inside the property. Guest can smoke outside as long as cigarette butts are disposed of properly.
● PETS: Pets are not allowed.
● BAGGAGE STORAGE: For security reasons, we cannot provide baggage storage on the property.
● FOOTWEAR: We kindly request that no shoes be worn on the carpet.

● EXTRA LINENS: Additional linens are available upon request for an extra cost of $35 per set. Please notify us in advance before your arrival if you require this service.
● KEYS: Ensure the property key and fob are always with you. Should you misplace your keys, please contact a locksmith and the associated costs starting from AU$500 will be your responsibility. An additional fee for replacement keys and fob will be applicable if their loss is confirmed.
● CHECK-OUT: When checking out, please leave the property in a clean and tidy condition.
● DAMAGES: Guests are responsible for covering the costs of any breakages or damage and any additional cleaning beyond a standard clean.
● PARTY: Parties are strictly prohibited. In the event of a complaint, fines starting from AU$2000 may apply.
- Please note this is a non-smoking home, if we find the guest smoking, fines will apply from AU$200.
- Pets are not permitted.
- We kindly ask that no shoes are worn on the carpet.
- We kindly ask there to be no jumping on the bed or sofa.
- Please enter and leave the home quietly, we respect our neighbors and want everyone to have a comfortable living environment.
- Please respect the check-out time and if late check-out is required, please advise us at the time of booking. Please note if late check-out is available, additional charges may apply.
- We can prepare sofa beds upon requested at an extra cost of $35; Extra linen can be prepared upon requested at an additional cost of $35.
- Please take the property key & fob with you at all times. Lost Key/Emergency Key Delivery charges will apply from AU$180. Emergency locksmiths with be the responsibility of the guest with the cost starting from AU$500.
- When checking out, please leave the property in a clean and tidy manner.
- Guests will be expected to cover the cost of any breakages or damage, as well as any additional cleaning beyond a standard clean.
