Summary: The house is really nice and comfortable for the 9 adults in our group. Kitchen was nicely equipped with all the kitchen needs and more. Rooms were very nice and roomy. They couple things I would suggest is hand towels and hooks to hang them on. They had a lot of towels and wash clothes but no hand towels to dry hands. The patio with the tile floor was quite slippery to walk on and it had rain the entire time we were there. I would suggest a rubber matt to walk on just to help with slipping or falling or being able to use the front door so wouldn’t need to walk on that tile when wet. Would be a great area to sit outside when the sun is out. Overall very nice place with lots of room and huge yard. The deck with outside seating was awesome to sit and have coffee in the morning. Beautiful area. Very close to downtown Nashville. The hosts were very nice to work with. For my first time doing VRBO it was a great experience overall.
