★ PETS ARE WELCOME ★
Having two pups ourselves, we understand that leaving them behind or finding a place to stay can be challenging, so why not bring them along? We do allow a maximum of 2 pets (additional will be considered) to join you during your stay at no additional cost! If you are deciding to bring a pet along please be sure to notify us of this. Pets must remain under guest control at all times. Pets are not allowed on the furniture and must be crated if left unattended (we provide 2 large wire crates for your convenience) Undisclosed animals will result in a $500 fee and cancelation of the reservation.

★ ADDITIONAL BOOKING REQUIREMENTS ★
We require our rental agreement to be signed and a security deposit of $300 to be paid. This information will be provided once your booking has been confirmed, if you have any questions regarding these requirements please feel free to ask.
★ HEATING ★
Our home is in a remote location and therefore utilizes propane for heat. To use the propane as efficiently as possible we cap the thermostat at 70 degrees. We do offer 4 space heaters to supplement the heat if you would like the area you are in to be warmer.
★ WINTER WEATHER WARNING ★
Being in the heart of the mountains there will likely be snow and possibly, a lot of snow, during the winter months. If there is snow during your stay we will have the driveway plowed to clear a way out. It is your responsibility to shovel off the deck and around your cars. We do provide a shovel, deicer and a car brush for you. Lastly, we very strongly recommend AWD or 4WD vehicles be used during the winter months.
★ MOUNTIAN COUNTRY LIVING ★
With our home being in the high country we are surrounded by wildlife. We have the home professionally managed to control pests and do our very best to prevent the outside from getting in. However, we do from time to time have insects or even a field mouse make it into the house. To help mitigate this rare occurrence we ask that guests do not leave food, crumbs, dog treats or kibble out as this will attract unwanted visitors, especially during the winter months.
★ CLEANING FEE ★
Our cleaners take great care in making sure the property is as clean as possible for each guest. This includes changing all linens and towels, wiping down surfaces, vacuuming/mopping the floor, putting away dishes and restocking supplies. To keep the cleaning fee as low as possible we ask our guests to complete a few simple steps before checking out. This includes; emptying the trash, washing the dishes and placing used towels in the downstairs tub. This not only saves our cleaning team time but also saves you money. Failure to complete these checkout instructions may result in an additional cleaning fee.
★ HOUSEHOLD SUPPLIES ★
We start our guests off with the essentials, toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, salt, pepper, etc. Once the initial starter pack has been exhausted it will be up to the guest to provide their own household supplies for the remainder of their stay.
★ SECURITY CAMERA ON PROPERTY ★
To help ensure the safety and security of our guests and our property we utilize a Ring camera flood light at the front of the property. The Ring will record video and audio at the detection of movement. Your privacy is very important to us so this camera is not actively monitored during your stay. The Ring flood light is the only recording device on the property, there is absolutely no audio or video recording device inside the home.

Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out.
