3 Bedroom House in Playa Hermosa
Our home is a 3BR/3full Bath/2 kitchens/ duplex.
We do offer discounts for extended stays.
The lower level is completely private - with private entrance, full kitchen, private patio, full living and dining area/ full bath and master bedroom. It is handicap accessible. Has a beautiful private patio and access to back yard which is filled with Costa Rican tropical plantings.
The upstairs is 2 master bedrooms/ 2 full baths/ full kitchen, living and dining area and leads to a 3rd floor covered bar.
The 1st floor is completely separate from the 2nd floor - which makes a great home for multi family or in-laws. The laundry room is in the common area on 1st floor. You walk up a set of steps to the 2nd floor and to the 3rd floor veranda.
The house has 2 -54" tvs with cable, there is internet on both floors, the house has a small library and lots of games to play. Beach towels for the pool, and 6 Beach Club passes.
Two full kitchens with blenders, coffee makers, toasters, - all your kitchen needs. The house is equipped with table setting for 12 including wine glasses. There is a large pantry for your storage,
Upstairs - there are two bedrooms - each with individual ac units, ceiling fans, 600 count linens, king size beds, and tons of storage. The bedrooms both have exits to a beautiful patio that leads to the 3rd floor which has a beautiful artisian wood bar - which is great for morning coffee, exercising or watching the sunset.
There is parking in front of the house and also a carport that can be used. The community has 24 hour security service. The community and the area are very safe.
The Beach Club is 250' feet from our house. It has an amazing pool and swim up bar - Yo Yo's. The best fish tacos and Papaya Margaritas. There is also a spa - you can get massages beach side or in the spa area. There is Faco's Board rentals - which has boards, bikes and beach toys. The Beach Club is private and your reservation includes passes for the club. The Beach Club is at the Playa Hermosa Beach - watching the sunset each day is a community event and Hermosa Palms has some of the most beautiful sunsets you will ever witness.
You are close to Jaco - where is famous for the night life. It has casinos, clubs and some of the best restaurants in Costa Rica. There are farmers markets, festivals and beautiful beach walks in Jaco.
Transporation - Taxis are readily available if needed - Jaco is about a 10 minute drive. There is also bus transportation from Jaco to San Jose several times a day. There are several rental car companies in Jaco.
Our house is called "Casa Azul Luna" House - Blue Moon. We named it this for the blue lights and the amazing sky at night . Our house has beautiful vegetation every where including avocados, lime trees, star fruit, bananas, and mangos. The yard is freshly landscaped with many of the native Costa Rican flowering plants, heliconias, bromeliads, therer are over 9,000 flowering plants in CostaRica and over 800 species of ferns. The wildlife is amazing - the scarlet macaws find home near the pool area There are over 850 species of birds in Costa Rica. The Green Iguana runs around the neighborhood they are known for eating the vegetation and running in and out of the drains in the neighborhood.
The Beach
We are on the Pacific Ocean Side of Costa Rica The famous "black sand" beach is about a 5 mile walk, great for exercising or collecting sand dollars. This area is famous for surfing and the tides need to be respected as to undertoe and its amazing power. Beach is very private full of palm trees . Grab a lounge chair ocean side and enjoy the tropical breezes . Sunsets are magnificent - be sure to head to beach at 5:00 to enjoy.
