Summary: Overpriced hotel. While for a similar rate some hotels offer a good service and have a nice atmosphere... I arrived in a room with an open window (great at midnight in February)... The "decoration" of the rooms is quite old and gloomy: I ended up in a room "Cocoa" (or sthg alike) decorated with... simili-chocolats sticked on the walls. Disgusting. Overall, very expensive for a hotel of that quality in Brussels.
