Welcome to "Lakefront Tiny Homes" on beautiful Walloon Lake! Nestled on the north arm directly on Walloon Lake, these two 1 Bed/1 Bath cottages each sleep 4 people (Queen bed/Queen Sleeper Sofas in each cottage). Sleeps 8 people total between the two cottages. Ideally for two families of 4 or 2 couples wanting to have their own space, yet share lakefront amenities including a boat dock (bring your boat/rent one), fire pit, grill, corn hole, kayaks, & million dollar sunsets. Come experience one of the premiere lakes in all of Northern Michigan, Walloon Lake!!

-We are just a 6-7 min drive to Meijer & Walmart
-We are a 10 min drive to downtown Petoskey!
The space
The main cottage:
You will enter into the kitchen and dining area of the main cottage with the queen bedroom just to your left and the living room straight ahead. Laundry will be located past the dining area inside the full bathroom. The back deck can be accessed through the living room.
The main cottage is 686 sq ft.
The 2nd cottage:
You will enter a short hallway with the queen bedroom on your right and the full bathroom on your left. As you continue straight, you will enter the dining/kitchen area with the living room adjacent to it.
The 2nd cottage is 480 sq ft.
You can enjoy some views of Walloon Lake on the back deck and you can walk down the steps to the lower backyard where you and the whole family will have plenty of room for corn hole, building a fire in the fire pit for s'mores as well as accessing the dock to enjoy million dollar sunsets on the waters of Walloon Lake!
