Summary: We were there for my daughters volleyball tournament. The condo is in an older neighborhood. There was very easy access to downtown, which made it nice, since she was playing at the Convention Center. There are 4 to 5 stairs going up to the Condo, the last 2 stairs have no railing, so if their are older folks they will need to be careful. When we arrived the AC was set at 84, I thought since it was Summer and Sam knew we were coming into town that he might have turned the air on or set it at a lower temperature. He has a Nest and it's a touch screen and very hard to figure out how to use to set the temperature if you are not tech savvy(probably should have directions for guests). I emailed Sam about the AC and working the Nest(figured it out myself) and a couple of other things he did not respond for a couple of days. During our stay we noticed 4 to 5 flies each night inside of the condo, I kept killing them, the next day 4 or 5 more would show up, must have been coming from the basement. There are no coffee mugs and the coffee machine is not a Keurig(I had emailed Sam prior to our stay what type of coffee machine was in the Condo, he said Keurig). Overall, a few minor issues but it served it's purpose. I'll give it a 4 star.
